Activ Pharmaceuticals 2x15kw Air Compressor Upgrade Package

This upgrade has given the client significant power savings, Significant maintenance cost reduction, improved air quality and a fully redundant compressed air.

Focus Industrial engaged with the client to carefully size a new and upgraded compressed air system for them. Running an old 22kw Champion compressor, the client was having to continually top up oil and requestion assistance for repairs. The desired outcome was not to depend on a single compressor and to improve power efficiency. This had to be very carefully coordinated to ensure the new machines would fit in the same location. Focus Industrial were able to coordinate the complete compressor upgrade installation out of hours to eliminate downtime and completed upgrade with no production loss.
