This new installation of a screw compressor and 32mm poly piping system at a timber joinery factory in Pendle Hill, Western Sydney was designed to enhance efficiency throughout the factory. The system powers essential equipment, including a new KDT 3600 x 1800 CNC machine, KDT edge bander with corner rounding and pre-milling, KDT panel saw, 2 x Blum Hinge presses and assembly benches, ensuring that all receive reliable air supply for smooth, uninterrupted operations. Focus Industrial worked with LEDA machinery to ensure all the consumptions of the KDT timber joinery equipment was adequately allowed for as well as consulting with the client to ensure any growth plans were taken into consideration.

Poly piping was selected for its durability, flexibility, and resistance to corrosion, making it an ideal choice for high-demand environments. It provides consistent air pressure across all workstations, allowing the customer’s equipment to run efficiently and reduces the risk of costly downtime. This ensures that production remains steady and optimised for increased output.
