We recently completed the installation of a screw compressor and 25mm poly piping system at Rayna’s Kitchen Joinery in Rouse Hill, New South Wales, providing a reliable air supply to their new kitchen and cabinet making machinery such as a 3600 x 1800 Biesse CNC machine, Biessie Edgebander, Biesse Panel saw and assembly stations. This system has improved their production line by delivering consistent airflow to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently and ensuring no machinery cuts out in low pressure alarms.

For a demanding environment like a Kitchen Joinery workshop, 25mm poly piping was the ideal choice due to its durability and corrosion resistance and also its low cost of installation. The system ensures steady air pressure throughout the workshop, minimising the risk of leaks or pressure drops that could cause downtime and waste energy and electricity.

Alongside the 25mm poly piping, we installed an FC100-30D fixed-speed rotary screw compressor to provide very quiet, Efficient and consistent air output whilst taking up minimal footprint.. Known for its reliability and energy efficiency, the screw compressor ensures optimal performance for all the machinery, reducing wear and keeping operational costs low.

The installation was customised to meet Rayna’s immediate production needs while allowing for future growth.
